A cultural anthropologist by training, Jenny has applied her ethnographic and analytical skills to business questions for nearly a decade. Her expertise lies in representing the voice of the research participants to clients, to ensure that design solutions accurately respond to real people’s needs. She has lead innovation research projects for major global clients both in the US and abroad, in healthcare, education, technology, and retail, among others. Previously, Jenny co-owned Careful Eye Video Production. She is fluent in Russian.
