Nancy brings her keen insight, contagious energy, and passion for design and innovation to every project she engages in. Over the past 15 years, she has worked with cross functional and leadership teams to develop innovative new products, sound portfolio strategies and marketing plans for many global companies. Nancy has designed and facilitated over a hundred engaging workshops, research projects, ideations and training sessions. Prior to founding Luna Insight, an innovation and strategy consultancy, Nancy was the Director of Innovation and Insights at Kraft Foods and worked in innovation, consumer insights and information systems at General Mills. She is also a faculty member at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
